Our Story
Built on Considered Thinking
We started with a simple conviction: organisations deserve a clear-eyed partner when navigating artificial intelligence — not a vendor with something to sell.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Arcveil — Where Structure Meets Clarity
Arcveil was founded in Hong Kong with a clear purpose: to help organisations engage with artificial intelligence thoughtfully and without pressure. The name reflects our approach — architectural precision combined with the gentle transparency of a veil. We remove the obscurity around AI so that decision-makers can see what's genuinely there.
Our team brings together expertise in machine learning, enterprise systems, and organisational consulting. We work across sectors including financial services, professional services, logistics, and the public sector — each with different requirements and different levels of AI readiness.
Hong Kong is our home market, and we understand the regional context deeply — from the regulatory environment under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to the operational realities of running complex organisations in one of Asia's most dynamic cities.
Our Mission
To help Hong Kong organisations engage with artificial intelligence in ways that are considered, proportionate, and genuinely aligned with their needs — not the latest trend.
Our Values
Honesty above enthusiasm. Depth over speed. We'd rather tell a client AI isn't the right move today than position ourselves around hype.
Our Approach
Structured engagements with clear scope, collaborative discovery, and deliverables that are useful in practice — not documents that sit on a shelf.

Standards
How We Work
Every engagement is shaped by these professional principles.
Data Privacy Compliance
All work is conducted in alignment with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Client data is never used beyond the scope of the engagement.
Clear Scope Documentation
Every project begins with a written scope agreement — defining deliverables, timelines, and boundaries — so all parties remain aligned throughout.
Independent Assessment
We have no commercial relationship with any AI platform or vendor, which means our tool recommendations are based purely on client fit.
Confidentiality
Non-disclosure agreements are standard for all client engagements. We understand the sensitivity of business information shared during consulting work.
Iterative Delivery
We deliver in structured stages with review points, allowing clients to provide input throughout rather than receiving a finished product without context.
Quality Assurance
Every recommendation is reviewed internally before client presentation — checked against stated objectives, practical constraints, and available evidence.
AI Consulting in Hong Kong — A Considered Approach
The adoption of artificial intelligence across Hong Kong's business community has grown considerably. Organisations in financial services, logistics, healthcare, and the professional sector are actively exploring where AI can provide meaningful operational value. The challenge is not a shortage of tools — it is the difficulty of assessing which tools are ready, which are appropriate, and which introduce more complexity than they resolve.
Arcveil was established to address that challenge directly. Our work focuses on structured evaluation, honest assessment, and practical guidance that reflects your actual situation — not a hypothetical version of your organisation. We draw on experience with large language models, automated workflow systems, and AI-assisted communications, always within the context of what organisations in Hong Kong can realistically implement and sustain.
We believe that well-considered adoption of AI — at the right pace and in the right areas — creates genuine value over time. Our role is to help you identify where that value lies, and to build the capability and confidence to act on it.
